LeaderSHIFT: A Bible Study on Becoming the Godly Leader God Designed You to Be

In 2026, our church is embracing the word SHIFT. This is a call to move from where we are to where God is leading us. This weekly Bible study is designed to help that shift begin in the most important place: within us.

This first part of this bible study will focus on Leading Self | Growing Leaders from the Inside Out.

Before we lead teams, organizations, or ministries, Scripture teaches that we must first learn how to lead ourselves well. This leadership development Bible study focuses on spiritual formation, character, emotional health, and biblical wisdom so that our leadership flows from a transformed heart, not just learned skills.

Whether you lead in your home, workplace, business, community, or the local church, this study will help you align your life and leadership with hooking and courage of Jesus. This is not a lecture-based class, but an engaging, Scripture-centered environment where teaching, discussion, prayer, and real-life application work together to form leaders who live what they believe.

As we SHIFT our priorities, habits, and perspectives, we believe God will shape us into leaders who are faithful, healthy, and impactful, wherever He has placed us.

This is a Zoom-based Bible study that include in-person gatherings designed to meet you right where you are—at home, on the go, or wherever life finds you.
